Tax Stamps - That was easy!

"in the business of:"  No need to worry unless you really intend to make a business of it.  A casual sale is not being in business.


I would agree that you are not likely to have a problem but at a gun show selling ammo would be a good idea to have tax stamps.
Just sayin.

I bet you send in your "Use Tax" as well?



Pay it when you buy the ammo that is what the 10 cent stamp on it is for.

Nope. The 10 cent stamp is for the TWRA tax that is in addition to sales tax. When your order online or out of state you are supposed to fill out the proper tax form and send in the correct amount of local and state sales tax to revenue office.
That is the law. ;-)

Thought we were talkin Ammo. I do not buy it out of state or on line. I don't buy much of any thing online come to think about it. I get what you are saying though. :)
