The problem is, he is more than just delusional, he is a gangster. This guy is the corrupt of the corrupt. No mention of guns today, maybe but I don't trust a single thing that comes out of this guy's mouth. He probably just told some of his lackeys to lay off their routine killings a bit so that he could get some good statistics.
