Any of you on here use Bumpus HD for your parts and service?

If you do, drop by the parts counter and say hi! You will have to ask for me by name so ask for Ryan from Vegas as there are a few Ryans that work there. I would like to meet more of the TGo'ers in that neck of the woods.

This week is my last week working at the Best Gun Shop in the metro area. Not an easy choice to leave there but family requirements take priority.

Last week was my first week at Bumpus and having been in the Motorcycle industry in some form or another most of my life (I will be 42 this year) I can honestly say that I am very impressed with there business ethics and customer service.

So with that said if you have had a negative experience or have one there please step up and say something to management. They can not fix the issue if they are not aware of it.

Looking forward to meeting other firearm enthusiast from here that also ride! I am not a brand snob. A motorcycle is a motorcycle!

I ride a BMW but have been into that shop quite a few times. If I ever get back onto a Harley, Bumpus would be my first choice for looking at one due to the way I was treated there in the past.

I've never been in the Murfreesboro HD store.  I've been a HD owner for almost 20 years and owned many other brands over 40 some years of riding.  I tend to avoid HD dealers because of the one thing the OP mentioned, brand snobs.  I'm pleased to see you recognize that this is an issue some riders have with HD dealers and that your goal is no snobbery.  I don't get to Murfreesboro often but will try to stop in the next time I'm in town.  Best of luck with the job change.
