Few Largemouth Bass Recently

Recommended Posts

So I have really gotten into swimbait fishing over the past few months. Its really become a hobby of both collecting and fishing the baits. ost of the hardbaits that 3:16 Lure Company produces are only made in 100 productions runs. All hardbaits are handmade and hand painted. They are worth double to even triple of the face value if you can get your hands on one on release day. Heres a few largemought I have pulled in with these baits over the past few months.

Bait: 3:16 Baby Wake Bass http://www.316lurecompany.com/baits/babywake.html

Caught this one yesterday. I had gone through two GoPro Batterires and caught this after my batteries had died. This girl swallowed the 6.5" bait!

Awesome! I'm pumped! Always love trying new baits. I'm about to try to start carving my own hard baits.

Had to look up the lures(I mostly fish for cats) and there is no way I could cast a $200 lure, those 3:16 lures literally cost more than my rod and real combined. I would have to switch to 65lb test and have scuba gear on standby incase I ever got it hung up before I let one of those hit the water, they really are beautiful though.

My swimbait setup:
-St Croix Mojo Bass Heavy Rod 7'9"
-Reel Shimano Cardiff 300
-Line: Power Pro 65lb braid with 20 floro carbon leader

And I always carry a change of clothes in the car just in case I get hung!

I've never heard of them before. I get upset when I lose a 5 dollar lure. Did I uderstand that thing to be battery powered?

No they re not battery powered. I think I was talking about my video camera battery dying.
