Sigh. I got one though. I read somewhere online that says they go up for sale everyday, you've just to be lucky. Guess I got lucky for once.

Good for you, really. $119 ain't too bad right now. Hell, I settled for an Omni not long ago, was $112 after transfer/TICS.

$119 is on sale these days.  Same lower before the latest unpleasantness could be had for $49-$59 from the same vendor.

Nothing is on sale now.

I mean they are available at some point most days from PSA, not necessarily for "sale" like a great deal.

You still did quite well, Mac. I think our Omni's are as good as the metal lowers, maybe better.

you need to get one of his trigger kits

Yeah, shooting with Mikey today, the plastic fantastic lower did fine, 50 rounds or so through it. Most folks probably wouldn't notice it was polymer just handed to them unless they looked at stamping and knew the score.

Mark, Dole's trigger magic doesn't work on the Omni (he has a couple of them too, Mike). Grip channel is not even drilled all the way through, let alone tapped. Even Gordon himself doesn't want to fool with that, and don't blame him on unknown properties of the polymer -- definitely wouldn't want to remove any material from it, especially toward the ass end.

I hadn't thought about that. I'm glad I got a couple of them, anyway. I'll have to let Gordon play with that 6.8

upper, instead of triggers. He probably forgot about that.

BTW, I'll be back up there tomorrow until Saturday. Maybe, at the least we can all grab a sammich and some fries.

Don't know about the weather, but I'll be packing, anyway. :D You hear that, Mikey? :D

Round everyone up, Mac. The least we can do is get fatter. I'm free Friday and Saturday, so far.

In fairness, the $69-79 variety from Palmetto pre-PSH were the blemished ones. They were still perfectly servicable, but had either scuffs or were slightly out of spec. I think it had been quite a while since they had any for $59...maybe on a holiday. Given these aren't blems' they are only $10-20 higher than 2012 prices. I have noticed they have had some go up every day for the last week or so.

Now if BCG's would just loosen up...

Yep, added and checked out, CC accepted and order confirmation sent to my email address.  I know what you mean, these have been showing up as "in stock" when they really weren't, but after reading the previous posts about them "popping up" I decided to give it a try...

Ah then, good for you. And yeah, that's what I was indeed wondering.

I don't doubt they are in stock, I just think they are backed up getting items shipped. I ordered two lowers on the 12th that were listed in stock and they just shipped yesterday.
