This one will surely be touted by the libs as a way to dismiss those who are prepared to defend their home with a firearm. Supposedly, the intruder in this news story thought he was breaking into his own house. However, based on the facts we have so far, I say that the homeowner went above and beyond by firing warning shots, etc.

 

I'm sorry, but if you are going to get stone drunk you are going to do stupid things that may effect your health and well being or even cause death. Big lesson: Don't get stone drunk. You may do stupid things that could cost you your life. The homeowner was totally justified in doing what they did, at least per the facts we have so far.

So far, cross your fingers, nobody has made much of it. If anything, more people are talking about the dangers of teenage drinking than anything so far. And the parents have made statements about how it was a tragic mistake. If I were them, I'd go after the source of the booze.
