What ways do they have of enforcing this law? Unlike machine guns they do t have a plan to register mags. What would stop them from driving to Utah or Wyoming and bringing them back, claiming they were grandfathered? Pay with cash no receipt

Yeah the ban is the easy part, nothing can be done about that outside of an election. Same with ammo restrictions and tax. But mags don't have serial numbers, so I feel registration and enforcement will be difficult and forgery will be easy on the citizens part. Time will tell.

Apparently, Colorado has been taken over by California and New Youk rejects because no one I've ever known who was from Colorado could be that stupid!

Not sure it will do any good but I sent this email to the Chamber of Commerce.   I'm guessing last summer was my first and last time in CO.   I sure do hate it though, it was a beautiful state.  

 

 

Dear Colorado Chamber of Commerce,

I wanted to let you know that my wife and I had a wonderful time visiting your state for the first time last summer.   We had planned to come again this summer and this time bring our two college aged children with us.   I wanted to let you know that due to your state's recent attack on the second amendment rights of law abiding citizens, my family has cancelled travel plans to your state.   I cannot support your state with my tourism money.   Until CO lawmakers decide to bring logic back into the discussion and reverse their recently passed laws, my family will not be back.   

 

No law can prevent evil people from doing evil things.   You only end up punishing the law abiding citizens.
