Larry Davidson, who made mine, makes the ones for WC. You can email him and he will do them like mine for you. If you send him medallions he will also add those if you want. I ALMOST had him add some Ruger ones. And FYI those ran 87 shipped. A little more than the WC, but I think the full magwell looks better.

I am not sure I'd be comfortable with a gun that has to be 'cocked and locked'.  I have also decided that, fight it or not, I am more of a 'revolver guy' than a semi-auto guy and have pretty much decided to mostly stick with revolvers for future purchases.

 

That said, I keep coming back to wanting a 1911 just because they can be made to look so good and can be customized to be one's 'own'.  I once read a comment along the lines that the 1911 is the Barbie of the gun world because you can 'dress' and accessorize it pretty much any way you want.  Pictures of nice looking 1911 pistols such as yours do not help me resist them any better.

Ah. Yeah I think I am going to drop mine off to Jeff at Hero Gear on Thursday. New sights, new trigger and trigger work, and have the gun cerakoted in stainless so there are no more stupid black parts.
