A friend of mine showed me this and wanted to know what it was. It looks somewhat like those British bulldog revolvers. I also think it's a rimfire of some sort.

There were some, but I couldn't tell what they were even with a magnifying glass. I have a feeling though that it is a German made revolver.

I'll get another shot this evening.

The little catch holding tension on the knurled cylinder pin and the appliqué loading gate makes it a German bulldog copy.  the longer hex barrel and lanyard ring makes it a german copy of a Webley Irish.  Rimfire would be great.  it's mostly the spring and builtout loading gate plate that makes me think this is so.  Webley did NOT use that.

Well I think German would be correct since the other one you guys helped me identify was German as well, and my friend bought both from the same person.
