Winchester customer service

I had a lot of problems out a bulk box of Winchester .22lr. Called them told them what was going on, and they sent me a shipping label to send the remaining of it to them. Today I received a $20 voucher good for all Winchester products. I wasn't expecting anything back at all, but they really came through. Just thought I would share with you all. What kind of problems?

 

Most Winchester .22's I've shot in recent years had loose bullets; could be twisted by hand, but they all went bang - more than I can say for Remington Golden Bullet.

 

Good luck using that voucher...guess they still have Winchester branded earplugs and such.

I'll tuck the vouchers safely away until i can find ammo again lol. There were probably 1/3 failed to fire and about 15 bullets seemed double charged. A couple of them would blow the back off the casing and some of them would take some brass off with the bullet

Im guessing it was just a bad batch seeing how I have never had problems from Winchester before.

I got a bad double pack of the M-22's, worse than the old Golden Bullets.

 

I couldn't find a CS number for them. But if they're just gonna give me a voucher I guess I won't pursue it, just work my way through the second box.
