Just for reference, a 1500 will hold at least 6 duty sized firearms and some mags.

From left to right:

Smith and Wesson M&P pro series w/streamlight TLR-1

Glock 17

Glock 19

Glock 19

Ruger SR-22

Ruger Mark III

That's a very nice setup you did. I have a couple of Pelican cases and they just sit around while I wonder what to do with them. Maybe this is the awnser for the question.

Good looking rig! Can I ask how much the case cost?

Check E-Bay and the like. You'll find prices from reasonable to the outrageous on used to new Pelican Cases in different sizes.  I haven't looked recently, but I got a new one last year for 95, and found a like new condition for 50. But prices are all over the place usually.

Good luck.

Great setup. I would like pelican case for my ar15 and remington 700. I can't find any precut to fit. Did this case come precut? If not how did you cut it?

The Pelican case foam is usually pick and pluck, meaning that it's already scored so that you can just pull out the pieces you don't want and shape the opening however you like.

I had one previously that wasn't pick and pluck and I used an electric knife to cut the foam to shape.

If it is not pick and pluck, putting the foam in the freezer before cutting makes it easier.

Thanks for the info.

I wish I had thought to store my handguns on my Pelican case like this. I turned them on the side and I have room for 2 with 6 mags.
