Just built one...

 

Had to drill out rear take down detent/spring channel, too small; and had to sand down inside buffer stop recess, too small for spring/detent to release when compressed.

 

Other than that, LPK installed fine. Fit to upper is very good; maybe a bit too good, can't remove either takedown pin by hand, at least yet.

I am itching to build an AR and was really considering this one. I think I am going to hold out a little bit longer until prices get back closer to what they were before I start that project.

My first one was almost perfect. Only thing I found was some leftover plastic from drilling in one of the holes.

Fit was good upper to lower. Probably as good as aluminum. I'll get around to the other one when all this

panic garbage lets me once again buy some more parts.

 

Tough being sequestered. :D
