Napoleon got put in his place by a NY Supreme Court judge. Starbucks is ready to rebel. Napoleon

should hunker down in his bunker with Cuomo before too long, with the gun bans and the soda bans.

It sure is nice living in the south.

Nah, you put it in the right place. Napoleon will be running for emperor pretty soon. :D That is, if the

Italian ballet dancer from Chicago doesn't get to pirouette for us in the White House.

It was refreshing to read the Judges ruling that basically says "this law is stupid and opens Pandora's box for bad precedence in the future"

It's too bad the good judge didn't have the opportunity to give the same ruling on the other stupidity

the exalted Napoleon gave the New City.

Nice to see the courts disagree with Mayor Bloomberg on his "high capacity" soft drink ban. Wish he would drop his other pet project, but that's probably not going to happen.

He has several projects, one of which is world domination. Part of his short man persona.

Haha. High cap soda. Funny, hasn't heard that before. I'm glad this happened and that it was a NY court that did it.

Wonder if he was slurping on a Big Gulp while reading his decision? Glad to hear some rare common sense from the bench for a change!

To be honest with you, I have mixed emotions about this one.  Yes, yes, the ban is totally absurd.  However, the people of NYC voted the a$$ in, so they should get what they deserve.  My thinking is that if people feel enough pain or endure enough bs rules/regulations, then they might stop voting twits like this into office.

Regardless of the voters ignorance all power needs restriction. Hell, he already gave himself the ability to run a third term, someone needed to leash that dog. Sad thing is most NY'ers think he's great. Of course they aren't the small businesses suffering from beverage sale restrictions.
