Anyone have one? Is it worth getting? It reminds me of my grandfathers S&W15-3 and it not bad for the price cheapest is $179 and shipping and other fees on guns America

I saw one that a friend bought last summer from SOG. They were only $159, IIRC, then. It looked a little rough, but no rust, trigger was decent, locked up tight, timing wasn't off. Didn't check the cylinder gap, but I'd say they're worth the money.

I have a newer Model 82 in SS.4" barrel. I've had it about 4 years. Never had a problem with it. I have found people either don't like Taurus or they do. At that price I don't think you can go wrong. Good luck.

For what it's worth, I've had 3 Model 85 Taurus pistols. All have been great. No issues at all. In fact I thought well enough of one to give it to my late mother as a purse gun so she'd stop carrying and scratching the old Chiefs Special.
