Changing Topic Prefix in Classifieds

Just went in to my classified to change it to sold (thanks TGO) and I got the message below. I was able to lock it but not edit the prefix. What am I doing wrong?

If you go in and edit the actual ad instead of using the quick function thing it should work. I had the same problem.

I used the "topic moderation" button at the top of the page.

I went in and tried this ^ and got this message:

Sorry, you don't have permission for that!

OK, I went back in, did it in a different order and it worked. This spawns another question. I'm usually on my iPad and I never see the full editor or emoticons when i make a post. I'm on Safari. Does this make a difference. Ya live, ya learn. Edited March 8, 2013 by Rowdy

Yeah, that topic moderation doesn't work for me either. I'm on an iPad also and don't get the emoticons. We are accessing the full site but there is probably still a difference in how the site is handled on a mobile device. I am using Chrome for iOS.
