I have some chics that should be hatched in a day or 2. I am getting .39 each Cash&Carry. Also I have some ducklings that ar about 4 weeks old. I want $4.25 each for those. Currently I am trying to breed a chicken with a duck and then take that breed and breed it with a wild turkey. IF it works the way I think I will hae plenty of turducken or the holidays. Those ill be sold by the pound when they are ready for the fryer. Let me know if you're interested. I live over around Kettle holler.

The turduckens from Hebert's in Houston are pretty good. Surely this lady is joking.

It's cool to watch the butchers at Hebert's work.  They debone a chicken and put it in a deboned duck, that then goes into - you guessed it - a deboned turkey.  Put a little aligator dressing in there and it all cooks up wonderfully.  The oil from the duck keeps the turkey moist.

Those butchers debone those birds faster than anyone I've ever seen.  I could watch them work all afternoon...
