It is a neat image.

 

Not accusing the artist of plagarism, and similar poses can be found in long ago pulp illustrations in old fashioned fantasy books such as Conan the Barbarian or E.E. Burroughs books. However, it wouldn't be surprising if perhaps these poses were the inspiration for the Clinton spoof-- Weta keeps changing the content of the Grordborts pages, or at least hiding old images so well I can't find them any more. I recall in the past seeing variants of these images even closer to the pose in the clinton spoof, but perhaps am mis-remembering.
