Cutting the crate for the glass top gets sawdust all over the rifles - sawdust and cosmoline makes for a bad day...

How bad ass would it be to have the top replaced with a piece of glass and 20 mosins under it...id want all mine to have the bolts back with clips full of ammo sticking out of the tops of them

Yeah, but they seem to be able to get more of them in every few weeks.  You have to move quick when they do get them though, because it doesn't take long for them to sell out.

Are the light bulbs powered by a battery?

Not sure about the lanterns, but the lights in the table are powered by a cable that runs under the couch, I believe.  This link has the plans on how the guy built it.

So, my crate arrived today.... A cursory glance at the top row revealed at least four hex receivers (some Tulas) and they are all in beautiful shape!  Much better than the last bunch I bought from J&G (and those were in pretty good shape too, in fact my favorite Mosin to shoot came from that bunch).

 

Yes, I'm addicted.  Thank you all very much.

Sure, shipping was $155 and I didn't order any ammo... I had just ordered more a few weeks ago.
