Sounds like it is all about control for the city council. They don't care about the city, They just want to control and rule the city.......

I do have a detailed plan for getting the country out of debt all of which could be done without any amendments to the constitution and be completely constitutional.  Not that anybody would ever listen to crazy old me ;)

 

This is a story worth following. :rofl: It's a precursor to what the country should go through: controlled bankruptcy,
