ATF Seizes Toy Guns

A lot of effort being expended to defend the actions of what is arguably the most incompetent and at the same time most evil so-called law enforcement in the country. An agency responsible for repeated murders and mass murders of American citizens. The only two things the ATF has ever shown itself capable of doing are performing acts of gross incompetence and violating the civil rights of Americans. They get no leeway or benefit of the doubt from me.

I dont see the agents actions as evil, maybe slightly incompitent, but as you can see in the photo's its not as easy to tell as may assume would assume it t be.  And the ATF didnt seize them initially it was CBP that seized them then handed them over to the ATF.

No airsoft parts are inter-changeable with their real steel counter-parts, at least none that I have ever seen & I (as well as the folks I play/train with) use the high-end professional training airsoft stuff.

Oh they look & feel like the real thing, but after this incident we stripped down various airsoft stuff & tried to match it up with real steel weapons, every single part was a no-go, even the various rail systems & rail accessories are slightly different in size.

Metalurgy is different too, I wouldn't trust a mix-matched airsoft lower even if it could be machined enough to mate up with a real steel upper assembly.

That is just my .02

i do remember hearing about this... it happened in 2010 so its not new news...but those pix supafly posted are good... I'd just like to try and see if a upper would fit on there. Maybe that's what the ATF is saying...being the lower is what's considered the firearm. It looks like it would work to me...
