I know KY recognizes the TN HCP I do have a question though. My wife is trying to talk me into going to play bingo next weekend with her at one of the bingo halls. I am just wondering are the restrictions for KY along the same as TN? For example, a place has a posting of no "weapons" allowed, I guess I go by the same laws as for TN? I've got the TN Handgun Permit Tavel guide but it doesn't specify.

If the sign says "no weapons", I'd venture to guess they don't want you carrying a firearm inside.
