The Supreme Court left the door open for banning a single type of weapon. They will either have to address that or leave it up to the State and Federal District Courts.

I would think that US v. Miller or Aymette v. State of Tennessee will stop the ban on semi-auto weapons then, as they are in fact commonly used by the Military, and that was the benchmark in Miller and Aymette.

They should always have to show something's constitutionality before it is enacted. That's the whole problem

with our government. We, the people have been getting "runner up" status for far too long by these tyrants by

having to prove them wrong. We only get that chance once in a while, also.

Well here is the test, hope it fails.

They would have to do some serious lying to allow it to pass.
