saiga 12 finally done

Well I finished up the S12 yesterday by putting the KVAR stock on it, so its pretty much done now, I may put a railed forend on it, I dont know yet. I wasnt gonna post any pics of it cause there isnt much to see, just a converted S12, but I got bored so here it is lol.

 

 

 

and you know what they say, everything looks cooler with a fisheye lens! (tosh.o fans will get it)

Pretty sure I'd move the candle in the center of the table and just leave that bad boy right in the middle. I would look at it and small all during my meal.

yeah it balances on the stock 5 rnd mag pretty well.

 

I dont know if the wife would go for that maroon, but its worth a try hehe

That is truly drool worthy. I have wanted an S12 for years, I just lack the funds to buy one. I was close to getting one, but then they were thought to be potentially banned and the prices skyrocketed.

thanks! yeah i was lucky enough to get one while the gettin was good on them. I paid $600 for it, and it came with a bunch of accessories too. It was one of the "Saiga 12 shooter's package" that classicfirearms had goin on for a while. This is quite possibly my favorite in my collection right now. It puts a huge ear to ear grin on me everytime ive taken it out. And I haven't taken it out since the conversion has been completed, so I can only imagine now lol.

You just have to love an AK style semi-auto 12. That is just hours of fun in one bad ass package.

If you get a vented handguard for a SKS they pop on the gas tube like it was meant to be there.

thanks i didnt know that, it says discontinued, wonder where ill be able to find one?

 

edit....nevermind i found one, tapco doesnt make them anymore, but a company called red bird does. for 10 bucks its worth a try! thanks

I installed them on both Saigas I have owned. I think it sets them off nicely.
