Hi all, I am a newbie to guns and just found this forum. I've been wanting a gun for a while now...and after my 2nd girl (and politics of course) I decided to get one. Im going to get a Baretta 92A1 when i come across it. I thjnk it will be worth the wait. But as I'm finding out, the gun isn't the hard thing to find.....it's the ammo. I've been thinking I may need to get into reloading, but even those supplies I'm having trouble sourcing. Anyway, I'm rambling. Looking forward to getting all of your advice and knowledge. welcome!

 

I have a pre-clinton '92 with lolipop sights (2 dot).  Pretty and accurate and mild shooting guns.   On the big/fat side for concealed carry, but for sure one of the most comfortable feeling guns in my hands.

 

reloading stuff is out there, but expect to spend a month or 2 finding it.  Every time you find something you can use, if you can afford it, buy it.  It does not go bad.

Thanks everyone. Had issues finding the 92A1. Drove to Knoxville today in hopes of getting the 92a1 at Academy, but someone beat me to the punch. So I had to settle for the M9A1 instead, lol. Feels great in my hand. Now if I could only find some ammo....
