Long line forms at Gander Mountain for ammunition

It has gotten so bad now that the local news is reporting on the hunt for ammo at the world's most expensive place to buy it .  People are lining up like trying to buy concert tickets but it's for ammo, especially .22lr.

I heard they had 325 packs of .22 for 15.99. That's less per round price than what I paid for the last brick from David. But yes otherwise I wouldn't buy any ammo from them.

I've been looking for a 22 rimfire suppressor. Don't know if it would be worth the expense and effort, Kinda afraid it might be pretty quiet anyway. Got to get better,doesn't it?

I picked up two 333 round boxes of Winchester 36 grain hollow points from Wal-Mart today for 14.XX each. Not sure what type the 325 round boxes are, but either way, that's not too bad.

Yeah I was surprised at the reasonable price. I would have expect Gouger to charge $20 or more

I remember back in 2006 and 2007 22 LR was less than $7 a box for remington 550 bulk packs at wally world.  2009 they were $17 for a box of 550 when things died down.  Now you can't find one of the MF's.......I at expect the price will be at least $25 a box after we get back to "normal".....
