AR-15 Trigger Pin Walking

I assembled an AR lower a few months ago (before the current rush). This is my first AR. First time out, everything worked beautifully. Second time out the trigger pin walked, rendering the trigger inoperable. I got it home, broke it down, and discovered that I had installed the hammer spring incorrectly. Stupid mistake on my part, but I suppose I learned a valuable lesson.

My issue is now I'm just nervous that pin will walk again even though the hammer spring is now seated correctly in the grove in the pin. There is a very slight looseness in the pin / receiver interface, but I just don't have enough experience to know if that is normal or out of tolerance.

So, my question to you guys, should I just get over it unless/until the pin walks again, or would it be worthwhile to get a set of anti-walk pins?

Is both legs of the hammer spring on top of the pin that goes through the trigger? If so then the pin will not walk out again.

 

I have never seen a pin walk on a correctly assembled lower.

 

The "anti walk" pins are actually not to keep the pins from walking out but to keep them from rotating in the lower. It isn;t that big of a deal on a $100 lower but a rotating pin on a $15K MG lower is a big deal.

Yes, both legs of the spring are sitting on the pin. I'm probably just being paranoid. Thanks Dolomite.
