Anyone Been To the Glock Factory in Smyrna?

I'm traveling home from Florida, tomorrow and my wife ok'ed an overnight stop in Smyrna if I want to visit Glock. Thing is, I understand Glock no longer gives tours and my G26 is brand new so I don't need fresh internals.

Don't get me wrong, I REALLY want to visit but I'm also homesick and this will add a day to the trip home.

Has anyone been, in the last two years? Is it worth the trip?

I don't think they accept public visitors these days.

I went by there maybe 15 months ago. There are no tours that I'm aware of and no reason to go unless you are hoping to have something inspected/repaired.

If you have an older Glock they will replace many of the parts and replace any magazine you bring in with new ones.

This.

I took a 19 in and they put a new frame on it(recall), swapped my 10 round mags for 15's, and traded my Tupperware box for the newer clamshell model. Even gave me a couple of recoil springs for the 19 and my 26. All at no charge. Good folks!
