I have one on my .300BLK.  It's a pretty durn good light.  It's a plastic housing, but seems very, very sturdy, and the mount is very solid.

Any issues with battery life or brightness? Also how tight is the beam? Not really worried about measurements, i just want to make sure it's not like using one of those old plastic flashlights with dead spots in it if that makes sense.

I'm still on the first set of batteries after about 9 months or so, but I don't use the light much. It's LED, so it should be easy on the batteries.  The beam is good... not as clean as a Surefre, but definitely good enough... there's a very nice, clean center circle of light.

My friend has a couple - I think the switching is pretty intuitive. Lumens see a big on the low side after using a Fury.

The fury isn't a tactical light though. Granted 500 lumens is crazy bright, but i think you have to cycle through the 15 lumen setting first. Not quite as easy to blind that intruder when they've already seen you light up the area.

I have an EAG model - single output with clicky tailcap.

I like the HSP-WML more than any other weapon light i've owned (atleast for rifles).  Its super light weight and has a good throw, it's also the perfect lumens for clearing a house (not that i'd recommend clearing a house with an ar) since its not too bright, but its bright enough.
