Yep, make sure law abiding citizens are held accountable, but not the scum that breaks in your house to rob, kill, or rape. They need to be able to sue you for protecting yourself and what is yours.

This is gonna get really tricky, somewhere here you will have to give your s/n's to the insurance company to get your insurance. Then when Juan Pablo son of a b###h breaks in, steals your gun and uses it to kill someone he just drops it at the scene and your insurance has to pay the victims family since your gun did it! I don't see this as a good sign at all!

What insurance company will write me a policy to cover negligent acts? And "willful" would suggest "unjustified or overtly negligent" or "criminal", and I don't think they write those either.

How is it that the average American doesn't see that all these bills being introduced are specifically designed to target law abiding gun owners. Why are we under attack? If these liberal democrats are so concerned about crime and "the children", how come all their bills only target us? I know the answer to that question, but I'm just amazed that non-gun owners aren't asking it. It just seems obvious that the people committing all these crimes are... well... criminals.
