Just How Long Will It Take To Reload This Batch

Since I just finished up decapping close to 4,000 rounds of ammo over the couse of the past 2-3 weeks using a single stage press, and I have just started resizing most of it, its been a long journey, and I still have a lot of work to do.  So when I was looking for something on google this evening and stumbled across this picture, it got me thinking for fun, how long would it take to reload this batch of casings using a single stage?

One question...why the separate decapping and resizing operation?

Actually, I was talking mostly about my stash of LC brass.  It has to be decapped manually, or so I was informed.

What brand press do you have? I do both at the same time. Lee Custom Engineering single stage press.

It's a trick question!

Nobody with that much brass would use a single-stage press.

You got that right. I'm pretty sure I'd wear out the cartilage in my elbow even on the 550b. I'd like to be given a fighting chance, though.

That's true, you could sell that be brass and buy enough factory ammo for a lifetime. Edited by Patton

I decapped/sized 1000 rounds of LC brass. It does fine in one chomp. Doing it seperately will make your arm sore :)
