I was at a business dinner years ago with some Ford executives at the Boundry in Nashville. She ended up joining our party some how and hung out with us all night. I remember how nice she was back then and have followed her through the years when she made the news.   Tragic.

 

It is just sad. Damn, why did she shoot the dog.

Weird thing is that I cant find any other source where it says she killed the dog also... Just this one article.. nowhere else...just odd..

 

Maybe in her distraught mind she needed him to go where she thinks she is going.Least she didnt take her kids with her..

The first story I read about this said she killed the dog. It was not the OP's story.

She killed her dog also! I have no sympathy for her! She should have given the dog away, to some one who would care and provide for it! Or just put the dog in a room. Then she can go some where else, and full fill her task!

It took a long time for the MSM to add that she killed the dog to the original story. Maybe they were waiting until the dogs family was notified. This morning at work I told people she killed the dog. Everyone thought I was kidding.

 

I'm sorry, I don't believe I was being judgmental. The woman had documented problems, some of which she admitted were her own doing.

I feel that it is anyone's right to take their own life as they please and it isn't my place to judge, however folks who have children, especially young ones, owe their lives to those children. If there are little babies that depend on you then you have no right to kill yourself, I don't care what the circumstances are. Normally I'd believe that the dog's life is worth more than hers, but since she had kids her life was worth a whole lot. What an incredibly selfish thing to do. Yes, I'm judging, but only because she is a selfish sociopath who put her own weak needs above her children. She is a piece of human trash to be discarded and forgotten.

If it wasn't for a few songs you occasionally hear on the radio, this would just be another alcoholic drug addict that may or may not get a small blurb in a local paper upon shooting herself. I don't see why her being famous makes this any different. Edited February 19, 2013 by TMF
