Crappie.com seems kinda complicated to navigate, so I just read TGO instead.

So I'm thinking about doing a trip to Alabama in March to do a little crappie fishing. Probably somewhere on Guntersville Lake.

Anybody have some suggestions?

You're telling me they have other fish than Bass in Guntersville? I am heading that way the first weekend of april and then the last weekend of april for some bass fishing. My goal is to fish that lake once a month this year.

I just yanked this outta the Harpeth last Friday, 2nd cast of the season haha

Not two minutes after puttin this little bit back in I snatched up a nigh on close to 20in probably 7lb bass Beast that snapped my 10lb braidline & stole that dang bait.

Wife saw it so I can't even lie & say it was bigger.

Newsom's Mill?

Do you smoke or pickle those bass? I hear they taste almost as good as gar if done right.

I like my Bass deep fried with hushpuppies and onion rings! Awesome stuff!

My boss caught a 16" long, 3 pound crappie on Douglas Lake this past Sunday. He's out there again today.

You must be within a few miles from me. I pass the mill on my way to work.

May go fish it in the morning.

I read it all the time for area states. One of the easiest sites I've found. Watch out for Billbob when he comes to town, he will spoil your women. We will be camping at Ken Lakes Resort next weekend. Fred said we will limit the toon out in 4 hours.
