Maybe a dumb question, but do all MkII's have the accutrigger?

Trying to figure out if one that's an "early model" has the good trigger...

I don't know about current production but not all Mark II's had the accutrigger in the past.  You can tell just by looking at it.

To add a little more confusion. Some of the early MKII triggers, that were NOT Accutriggers, also were adjustable for trigger pull. I have owned a few MKII's and I always order one of the adjustable ones. They are drilled and tapped inside the spring pocket. Then a setscrew is used to adjust pull weight.

And if I can't find one I drill and tap it for use with a setscrew to adjust the pull weight.

There are other stuff that can be done to improve the triggers immensely. It involves a shim, is easy to do and is reliable. I will not get into how to do it here for liability reasons but it is posted by someone else on snipershide.

The MKII's with synthetic stocks sold at Wally in Jan 09 didn't have accu trigger either... :( Mine's still a good shooter for the money. :)
