There's a guy in Southaven, MS that runs an ad on craigslist.org sometimes. Memphis, sporting goods.  I get my 9mm brass from him and 223 brass when he has it.

I usually get mine from Brass Exchange but I haven't ordered any lately. When I lose a little more weight I can bend over better and I can be a brass monkey at the gun range.
