7.62x39 Tulammo

just curious how many of you have ran Tulammo through your AK variants, im picking up a WASR 10/63 tomorrow and Tula is mostly what i can find, should i wait on better ammo or scoop it up and be happy i got it? lol

I just got a WASR just before Christmas. Tulammo and Herters from Cabelas is all I have been able to find. I have put about 500 rounds of each down range with no problems.

I have always been told steel won't hurt at all. After all that is what most of them ate during service.

The AKs love steel case. Don't worry, just enjoy it!

I've never had an issue with steel cases in any gun.

The question for me would be does mine run brass lol. All ive ever ran out of my converted saiga is steel cased ammo, mostly tula. Hundreds of rounds without a single hiccup
