So... it's a security firm I suppose? Looks like it's run out of a house perhaps?

It's hard to watch honestly, all the gun flailing etc. I mean, you never know how you're gonna react in a situation like that... but come on man. If you have the advantage of posting up in the rear doorframe. Why hard charge the front door, especially if you're wounded. adrenline maybe. dunno.

Not to mention the recorded evidence of him shooting at fleeing suspects who no longer pose a threat.

Luckily they were still inside the bldg when he fired. Edited by BigK

How so? The criminal is still pointing a gun at him as he's retreating. As far as I'm concerned, anyone who has just robbed me at gun point who still has a weapon is a threat. People get shot all the time by thugs as they run away. One such case was a gun store where an armed robber fired as he ran back outside, and one of the rounds hit the store clerk in the neck. The robber wasn't even facing the direction of the clerk; he fired over his shoulder as he retreated.

Anyone who has attacked you and is still armed should be shot, as they are still a threat, unless they are surrendering. Running away doesn't mean they aren't a threat.

Knowing BigK, he's thinking of the slimebag lawyer who says "your honor, it's obvious at this point that my client has seen the error of his ways and attempts to run away. Then the defendant mercilessly shot him in the back when he no longer posed any sort of threat. We're wanting to press charges because he now has permanent nerve damage and it has emotionally scarred...."

You know somehow, somewhere, some judge would allow that sh*t to happen.

Right, I have no doubt that slimeball lawyers will try to soak you in civil court, and depending on the state you're in a DA might come after you, but in the world that exists before the courtroom, the world in which you are currently fighting for your life that means dick to me. If I'm in fear of being killed, I'm in fear of being killed, ya know. There is nothing anyone can say that could possibly trump fear for your life of the life of a loved one, because there is no punishment the courts can dole out to you that is worse than death or watching a loved one killed. Oh i'm with you brother. If someone shoots at me, i'm going to turn that f**ker into swiss cheese and then take a dump on his corpse... no doubt about it.

But the lawsuit is certainly plausible.

Shooting him might not get you in trouble, but taking a dump on him might... at any rate, the coroner would not be pleased.

DO NOT poop on somebody after you shoot them! As you probably already know, "he was a good boy". Pooping on a good boy after you have done snuffed the life out of him is just over the top :)

I'd like to say, for the record, the poop was just a means of conveying my disdain. Let it be known to all that Stan is not a necro-dumper.

We assumed that they weren't quite dead yet. Isn't it against the law to poop on a dead guy?

Only in Mississippi and on days ending in Y.

if the women in red had been armed, she could have shot the guy several times from behind.   i see a lot of videos where victims are behind the perp with clear shots but they are never carrying weapons of thier own so they just have to sit there and watch.

If some thug comes to rob me, he will be injected with an adequate dosage of lead to dispatch the threat to me an mine.

I only hope that all my shots aren't into his back. That way I don't have to 'splain nuthin' to a DA/Jury or a civil court. It'll be clear what went down.

look a bit closer, you can see the thug shoot the door after the guard fires one through the wall. They were well beyond being a threat.
