I have a .44 now (or, I will in a few short months) -- she was a .38 not long ago- one day before you know it she'll be a .50. It keeps getting better. 22? Forget it- they look nice but they just don't have the power...

Be careful though. .44 might be fine, but after .50 I think the atf classification become "destructive device."

You have my condolences :D

If you have a .71.... Wow !!! That's some firepower you take to the grave. Mine is one caliber shy of a .40. I bought her (clearing voice) picked her up cheap from the local market. I think I'll give her a good cleaning when she's a .40. Not much of a kick, but she's jams alot. I looked at her close, looked for dirt..... all I can find is excessive wear. I think it's her extractor, because..... (well the jokes can keep going).

Being that my wife was a competitive shooter who could still blow me away if I ran 1000 yards away and being that she is a lawyer who knows more tricks than I and take me to the cleaners, I shall refrain from making any additions to this hilarity.

Her father didn't bother to scare potential boyfriends with his guns when she was growing up. He, who was a sniper trainer in the Corps, NYPD Tactical and in Executive Protection for many years, simply told them he had taught her to do it herself. :D

She's kicked my A** (and deservedly so) more times than I can count, and still can!

Hell, after 4 kids I still can't find the extractor. I asked the Dr. in the middle of surgery, (thinkin' "that's why we're doing surgery, the extractor's finally broke") and all did was hold up some guts....

Actually my wife is a 44 with a good sense of humor, in fact she is the one that sent it to me from work yesterday. I thought all might get a kick out of it.---MP

What's wrong with both?

The only way I can see it bad is if one's aiming the other at you for some reason. :)
