Paypal problems?

Is anyone else having paypal issues? I keep trying to send a payment for some gun parts to another TGOer and it says their credit card processor is off line. Anyone else tried to use it today and had issues? Its been ongoing for a couple hours now

Just bought a couple of small items on eBay using credit card through PayPal. Literally, minutes ago.

It might be the sellers end that is down.

I have run into this before, get a hold of the seller.

This is the message I'm getting

 

"The PayPal site is currently experiencing technical difficulties with
our credit card processor. We are working to solve this problem as
quickly as possible. If you would like to Send Money, please fund your
payment with your PayPal balance, PayPal Credit or bank account. If you
would like to use your credit card, please return to the PayPal website
later to complete your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause."

 

And its a pvt seller, so I doubt its his end
