For one thing you'd think a chief (even one from Emery Ca population around 10,000) would be able to find and procure a correctly fitting uniform. You'd also think he'd have enough respect for his department to trim that stash before making a public appearance on TV. I'm absolutely shocked he was not able to buy, beg, or even borrow a comb to get his hair in place.

For those that care he is also the same Police Chief who spear headed Ca's ban on open carrying a year or so back. Yeah when the media said that the initiative had the support of LE that's who they meant.
