They had PMC for $0.75 a rd and when I refreshed the page it showed sold out, so I don't think this ammo is going to last long...

Cool... I'd have got it since it was cheaper, but I wanted at least 500rds and the Winchester is limited to 200rds.

I bought that white box winchester before it was chit, it wasn't accurate in my 700P and it wouldn't cycle in my LE901, traded it to my buddy for 9MM, he'll shoot it out of a MG, so accuracy isn't important...

LMK how the LC works haven't tried that before...

What ammo are you shooting out of your Colt?

I've got a box of that Winchester I picked up at Outpost last week. I'll see how it works in the Sig 716 next outing when I break it in.

I did see videos of Sig 716's not cycling ammo. Seems they're so tight, you need to clean them and lube them with thin oil like Rem Oil in the bolt carrier assembly. Maybe you can try some Rem Oil on your Colt so maybe it'll feed/extract with a bit more force? Trust me, I oiled the shit out of my Colt LE 6920 to the point it was leaking out all over the place, and the buffer spring even got some from drainage. When I shot another guys AR15 at the range that looked dry, my Colt definitely recoiled more than his. I'm sure it was due to the crap load of lube (think I used Lucas Gun Oil on it). LOL

I already have my Sig cleaned and oiled up, so hope it cycles everything well because this ammo isn't cheap and I'd hate to have a $522 brick of ammo that won't cycle!

Yeah but winchester asks .40 for the brass alone, I see it as buying for brass and getting 200 loaded training rounds for the wife for free. I've had good luck getting far better accuracy out of the winchester brass the 2nd time around anyway. If I could have bought 200 of the LC I would have jumped on it but 500 is more than I needed ATM.

LC is going to be a hot load, I'm sure it will work just fine

I use these in both of my 308's, you'll need 175g to go past 600yrd.

No need to saturate your gun in oil, just lightly lube up the BCG...when I shoot wolf (dirty azz chit) through my 16 the BCG will start to lock up around 500 rounds, give it a spray and it's good for another 500..

That's a good way to look at it, I've been thinking of reloading myself...

My buddy just bought a 50 cal set up to load my stuff as well, I think he bought 600 bullets and 1k primers and powder to match, i think he said he'll reload for about 1.50ea..

$1.50 a round is awesome!

I seen the RCBS and like it. But the Dillan is built a lot stronger/better IMHO.
