Just Installed on my Mossberg!

I just installed this new rail on my Mossberg 835. It's a full rail from Black Aces. Then it got MBUS flip-ups and a Red Dot. Next is a mount for my surefire. mwahahaha

LOL, I don't think i've ever seen MBUS on a shotgun before. But hey... why not?!

I wasn't able to tell much detail on the fore end since the picture is small and didn't enlarge when clicked.   It appears it's a quad rail, correct?  Also, is that a heat shield or a rail that runs the length of the barrel?

Thanks y'all. The rail is a one-piece heat shield/ rail combo from Black Aces. It runs the full length of the gun and has a quad rail on the end. The MBUSs are for when my batteries go dead :).

That looks like a pretty sweet setup man, I might have to do that on one of my Mossberg 500's!

Right, I guess my point was that if the batteries go dead... a shotgun is kinda point and shoot anyways.

Thought I would add that this is just my impression, but that's the beauty part of tactical firearms..useful is is all about what you like!

Looks like you might need a cheek pad... the sight is sitting pretty high, and most shotgun stocks are shaped to get your eye down very close to the bore.

bcloudy- Actually I do think I'm going to need a cheek pad. Jury is still out til I shoot it, but I don't think I'll need one
