Yeah it's a secret that they don't want you to know. I used to be a cop in Hawaii and frequently we would have tourist get their purses/wallets stolen so they would have to just get a thorough pat down and preferably show the police report. I even DUI'd a few tourist and seized their DL.

As I wont fly any more I do not worry, not because of TSA, it is a fear of flying.

Medical Marijuana card should work.  One might even go to the front or the back of the line.
