Looks like they don't want to let New York one-up them!

  • Possession of hollow point bullets and similar assault bullets a felony.
  • Must register and report ammo purchases. Only purchase max 500 rounds.
  • 10 round magazine limit
  • ALL magazines must be fixed to the gun (can not be removed without the use of a tool)
  • 100% prohibition of all magazines greater than 10 rounds. All previous grandfathered magazines become illegal. Felony if you keep one.
  • Changing definition of shotgun revolving cylinder — Basically only single shot shotguns will remain legal.
  • Bullet Buttons will become illegal — All AR and AK style rifles that are currently equipped with them will be designated Assault Weapons. Felony to possess.
  • All gun owners now must be licensed like drivers.
  • All gun owners must carry gun liability insurance

Seriously!  When will Arizona be oceanfront property?  I have resort investments there and am looking for them to pay off soon.

I don't look at it much by I imagine the crowd on Calguns is going nuts over it.

I would be. That just infuriates me and I don't have to live there.

I'd say your right. And rightfully so. California will be the first state to confiscate guns. They will be the test group. And I think they are underestimating their rural population. That state like most, is ruled by liberal majority in big cities.

they added a 5 cent tax per bullet to the list to ensure that 22 lr shooters pay $25 in taxes each week.   Because a tax on a right is a great idea.

No more bullet buttons  ! I'm sorry, but I have to laugh at that! If California gun owners continue living there, well, that's their own damn fault! Accept the vagina policies, or get out of that state!

Ex-Californian here, lived there 40+ years! I'm very happy here in Tennessee, very beautiful, wonderful, friendly state, I love it!

Come on BIG ONE! Just split that state right off into the water it can become a liberal island nation and they can do whatever they want, Or sink I'm ok with either! And my sister lives in LA.

N. Korea might take care of that.  Just saying.

The sad part is that whatever CA does, the rest of the country seems to follow after a few years. How do you like those new fuel cans that started in CA?

Waiting for the 'Big One' to hit and ALL the vermin running free on the sheeple.  I doubt that it will be pretty.

Realize that Cali is and always has been the most "progressive" (don't shoot the messenger) state in the union. However, very often Cali will foreshadow what could happen for the rest of the country. For gun owners, this is not good. For me personally, I don't like the magazine and shotgun regulations.

I don't understand how you can have a 10 round max yet still have a fixed mag. Are they saying you get one mag only and beyond that you have to have a tool to change out? If so, does this go for the police as well? Nothing against police of course, but you see the problem.
