Well this should help with supply and prices

Recommended Posts

You know, I think if I owned a bullet company I would refuse to sell to them. Yea, that would be a couple of years worth of profit in one swell foop but to hell with the feds. I am about sick of our government and I'll be damned if I would be their enabler.

i agree ... i don't think it would be lost profits either, you'd probably make it up on the civilian market selling the product at a higher price than you could to the feds anyway

Surely this can't be anything more than just tinfoil information. Nobody in their right mind would even contemplate any scenario for the DHS using all this ammo other than just target practice, and the 7,000 assualt rifles are just replacement rifles for the worn out and inoperable rifles they've been using in target practice. :panic:

But maybe, when Obama gets his 1 million man private army together, it won't take 30 years to use up this ammo. They're gonna have to buy about a million more ASSUALT RIFLES for his private army. :stir: Edited by ThePunisher

How many times has the general public, including myself, have said "surely Obama and his band of thieves wouldn't do that".  We keep drinking the koolaid. I said "surely our government wouldn't send a gift of F-16s and Abram tanks along with the technology to Egypt(Muslim Brotherhood).

After they provided the very guns they wish we didn't have to narco-terrorists in Mexico, blamed it on the evil BOOOOOSSHHH!!!, then denied it happened while stifling whistleblowers (and invoking executive privelege, which is a legal admission that President Momjeans had some level of involvement), followed up by saying their drone policy is OK because...not republicans, which the deep thinkers on the left think is a darned spiffy reason, all the while allegedly running guns (AGAIN!) from Libya to Syria without telling Petraeus - letting next-in-line Brennan do the dirty work...

That's just a short list of the extralegal actions this admin. has been up to.  At this point, anytime you find yourself saying "surely our government wouldn't...", assume whatever completes that sentence is coming next.

The way I see it, ammo makers already can sell all they can make to the private market. I wouldn't sell them a single round.

It's not like they have warehouses full of the stuff they need to move to stay afloat. If they were on hard times I could see them making a deal with DHS but there is really no reason to unless they could sell to them a greatly inflated prices.
