From their FAQ :

Plated bullets occupy a position between cast bullets and jacketed bullets. They are soft lead, but have a hard outer shell on them. When loading plated bullets we have found best results using low- to mid-range jacketed data in the load manual. You must use data for a bullet that has the same weight and profile as the one you are loading. Do not exceed mid-range loads. Do not use magnum loads.

in a .45ACP  Ball Equivalent jacketed data will be fine consult your powder manufacturer..

I have loaded Berrys to over 1100 fps in my 10mm (Bar-Sto Barrel) and it shot fine just mind your crimp a heavy taper or roll will cut into the plating and your accuracy falls off/keyholes possible

If you e-mail Berry's with specific questions I think you'll find them extremely helpful.

I have used various 9mm bullets from them, e-mailed them several times and always received a prompt, and helpful reply. Great Folks and excellent customer service from my experiences.

I run Berrys 147g out of a Lone Wolf barrel to just shy of 1000 fps. Zero problems and darn accurate too! It's one of the few jacketed bullets I buy.
