Saw a cool rifle today

We went to G&L today to get a little range time in. My daughter is interested in deer hunting so we were looking at something in the .243 range. We came acroos one that had a bad ass stock. It was synthetic with skulls ghosted all through it. You had to look at for a second to see them but once you did you couldn't not see them. My daughter was in love. My question is. can you have this done to any stock and where would you have it done?

Its done using hydrographics.  There are a number of different shops that a quick google search will pull up.  I don't know anyone personally that has used any of them so i cant make a specific recommendation.
