I think that is the new point and shoot method. Much faster than messing with sights

I think the hunter had lasik and they installed sights directly in the eyes.

 

Notice he has both eyes open for true 3D effect.

That was the first thing that stood out to me, but then I thought, "Well, not everyone is a tactical shooter just because they wear a badge", and then I saw the magazine in there BACKWARDS and thought, "Somewhere there is a sammich she should be making."
