I have been reading and re-reading this article for two days.  It really pisses me off to no end.  Despite be told "no" by the court, 0bama's EPA goes and does it anyway.  What is it?  Does it matter?!?!  This is just indicative of the 0bama regime attitude.  The People be damned, the Law be damned, the Courts be damned and the Constitution be damned.

 

The first three words of the article title tell all - "DESPITE COURT RULING (comma)...

 

0bama and his minions have no intention of operating under the rule of law or by the constraints of the U.S. Constitution, it is their way or the highway, do as I say, not as I do.  They are going to do what they want to do and to hell with everyone else. That smells like tyranny to me.

Yeh, and they are going ahead with fining refineries, or whoever, who is required to make a certain product that

is not technically available. The EPA and it's leaders should be sent to Europe, after they serve a long prison sentence

for crimes against the state.

Good thought, but I'd settle for just exporting them as quickly as possible.

Nah, I want those ignorant bastards to pay with prison time for what they've done to gasoline alone.

Europe would probably send them back before they screwed their gas up.
