Looking to start reloading .223 & maybe 9mm. Don't have the $ to dish out a ton if money for a kit. Any good kits in the $200-$300 range? Thanks for your time

I have most of those items on his list because I bought the Lee Anniversary kit. I have been ver happy with it. I paid about $130 for it. I had been planning to go to a digital scale but after seeing how close my Lee balance scale was another scale I am sticking with it.
The RCBS starter kit comes with some great stuff and is only about $300.
To reload .223 you are also going to need a way to trim your cases.

I recently bought the Rock Chucker Supreme Master Reloading Kit  from Midway for $319. RCBS is running a rebate and you can get your choice of $50 or 500 bullets back if you purchase over $300 of their stuff.  Besides what's in the kit, you'll need a set of calipers, dies & shellholders, and a way to trim your cases. The Lee case trimmer cutter and lock stud and the appropriate Lee case length gauge and shellholder are what I ordered for trimming my cases. They're cheap and they get excellent reviews. You'll need a primer pocket reamer if you use .223 brass with military crimps. Then you need to figure out how you want to clean your brass......I ordered a Lyman tumbler, but you can get away a lot cheaper by cleaning your brass in a bucket of water with some lemoshine in it and then laying it out to dry or putting it in the oven for a while at low temperature.

I've had a bunch of fun just shopping for my equipment and deciding what I wanted to get. I just finished building my reloading bench and now I'm getting everything set up on it. I'm almost ready to start! I'm super excited!!! :D

Have fun!!!

You can't go wrong with eiter the RCBS or Hornady starter kits. I don't have any personal experience with the Lee kit but I know a lot of people like them.

I started with the Lee Anniversary Kit about 9 or 10 years ago and still use it. I only do straightwall pistol but it has worked out well for me.

Add dies, 6 inch caliper, case cleaner and components and you come in around $225 to $250.

There are other kits out there but most seem to start at a $100 or more.

Also add a reloading manual or two.
