I like it. Where did you get the curly wood? I just got some steel from Mr Aldo on Wednesday, and hoping to get  to grinding this weekend.

I get most of my wood from a guy up North that cuts for luthiers.  He saves me the cutoffs which are usually bookmatched pairs or blocks.  Its a good way to find really nice figured wood without spending the money like on individual sets.

 

I have a makers forum on Bladeforums.
